SBIND empowers families with medical, camp, and post-secondary scholarships. Individuals with SB qualify for up to $1,000 per calendar year which may be split between camp scholarships and medical financial assistance.

  • If there is more than one family member with SB, each individual may apply for up to $1,00 in assistance and scholarships.

  • When the applicant is making his or her first application to SBIND for funds, a letter from a physician confirming that the patient has Spina Bifida is required.

  • Assistance is subject to review and available SBIND funds.
